Terms - Net 30 days after approved credit

Interest - 2% per month on accounts over 30 days (18% Annual) No exceptions

Delinquent Accounts - We hold the right to hold orders on delinquent accounts

NSF Checks - NSF checks will be charged $30.00. All future orders will be shipped C.O.D., Credit Purchased, or Prepaid

Returns - A charge for a restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returned item. Freight prepaid. All returns must be approved and given a RGA #. Returns to shipped in original cartons and a copy of the original invoice with all hardware, instructions etc… There in is not any refund on shipping costs.

Ordering Instructions - Fax orders are preferred, to insure what products you require. Ringo Hill Farms Equipment Co. Inc. is not responsible for errors when you order by description.

Shipping Method
- UPS - Standard rates apply.
- Motor Freight - Crating fee of $25.00 applies per pallet.
- Maximum discounts apply on our contracted carriers. Consult us for rates or their websites.
- Our Truck Delivery - Call for delivery fee, your pick up.
- UPS or Motor freight damaged must be reported to us immediately.
