What you do I need to purchase a trailer from you?

You need a valid drivers license and insurance card for the vehicle that you are going to tow the trailer off our sales lot with.

 

What do I need to purchase a trailer in my business name from you?

You need a valid drivers license and insurance card for the vehicle that you are going to tow the trailer off our sales lot with. You will also need a letterhead from the business stating that you have permission to sign for the trailer on behalf of the company. I have never towed a trailer before. What do I need? Where can I get the parts from?

You will need a hitch on your vehicle and wiring to accept the trailer plug. These parts are vehicle specific and need to be on the vehicle before purchasing a trailer. We have access to hitches and wiring for most vehicles. Contact us today to get your vehicle ready to tow a trailer.

If the trailer has brakes, You will need a brake controller installed in the vehicle before you tow the trailer. *We do sell and install brake controllers. Contact us today!*

If your vehicle is ready, you will need a ball mount with the correct drop and correct size ball. These items we have a showroom full of towing products to make sure you are safety towing your trailer.

 

PA RESIDENTS:

As an authorized agent of Penn DOT, we can complete all documentation regarding your trailer purchase.

All trailers on the road need a license plate in the state of Pennsylvania. We can do this when you buy a trailer here!  This also means a registration fee will need to be renewed yearly.

All trailers that have brakes needs to be inspected yearly. We do this here!  We include a 1 year of good inspection when you buy a new trailer from us!

FEES: Clerical, Notary, Tag, Tax, Title, & PTA Tax.

 

OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS:

We will notarize the certificate of origin from the manufacturer and you take the trailer back to your home state. You pay all fees when you register it in your home state.

We do offer a Temp Plate / In Transit Plate to get you home legally. Additional Fees apply.
